About

The Bartley Lofts

Sitting high at 611 feet above sea level on the eastern summit of historic Lenk’s Hill, at 745 Washington Street, the Bartley has a commanding panoramic view of the downtown Toledo skyline.

Part of the Toledo Warehouse District, The Bartley Lofts is comprised of 52 upscale lofts with contemporary styling.

The building was originally built in 1912 to house the Rudolph A. Bartley Wholesale Grocery business. Interesting to note, two separate buildings Bartley previously used for storage were destroyed by fire. This location was built to be fireproof.

In 2004, the condo conversion began. The building consists of seven floors above ground and one below which houses parking and utilities. The units themselves are spacious, ranging in size from 704 square feet to 2,655 square feet not including the oversized balconies and common spaces with downtown views.

Building amenities feature central AC, forced air heating, rooftop swimming pool and conversation areas, elevator, high-speed internet access, in-unit laundry hookups, parking, secured entry, and pets are allowed.
